This opportunity is open to 100% remote at this time then onsite in either Cleveland, OH or Colorado Springs, CO after Covid.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of related work experience.

Required Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of IT Change Management methods, tools, terminology and industry practices
• Knowledge of ITIL and industry standards, concepts, terminology and common practices
• Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of various corporate security rules, legal and regulatory obligations such as PCI, SOX or similar standards
• Working knowledge of BMC Remedy/Smart IT
• Experience with Change Management for infrastructure technologies
