Using strong analytical skills, this position is accountable for on-going performance monitoring and assessment of a specified operational area or portfolio segment in order to leverage insights to formulate innovative and fact-based strategies. The individual must possess a high proficiency in the areas of interpersonal skills and influential leadership to effectively collaborate and align cross functional team members including technology, operations, marketing, analytics, risk and compliance as well as leaders from the branch network, contact center and digital channel to mobilize and execute on strategic and tactical initiatives.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Analyze business performance within assigned operational unit or portfolio segment to identify favorable and unfavorable variances and underlying drivers

Leverage performance insights, industry trends, industry research, benchmarks and competitive intelligence to formulate innovative strategies to gain competitive advantage and deliver superior results

Establish strong partnerships across functions and lines of business to ensure successful and cohesive teamwork.

Lead cross functional teams including Sales and Marketing, Client Experience, Branch and Contact Center, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Risk and Compliance to ensure flawless and timely delivery of projects

Develop oversight and performance management metrics to efficiently manage and track successful implementation of projects

Partner with channel leaders to ensure channel readiness for campaigns, product changes, product launches, changes in policies and procedures and process improvements

Establish and implement monitoring routines to measure the efficacy of implemented tactics including summarized results and key learnings

Ensure strict adherence with product policies and guidelines to ensure all legal, compliance and audit standards are met

Take a leadership role in preparing and administering various operating council and business review meetings as well as preparing delivering presentations to executive leaders.

Manage and effectively prioritize work efforts in order to deliver on commitments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor s degree in related field or equivalent experience is required

3 to 5 years of experience in banking/financial services.

Understanding of credit card and debit card products and the associated drivers of profitability

Strong quantitative and analytical skills are required

Ability to think and act strategically and deliver business plan goals

Ability to prioritize effectively and identify activities most important in driving business results

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A high degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt to a dynamic list of priorities

Strong presentation and Powerpoint skills

Ability to work independently utilizing independent judgment to make sound decisions

Highly organized with ability to drive complex projects

SAS and Tableau proficiency preferred

In collaboration with the Director of Construction and appropriate University departments, define and manage the project scope, budget, schedule, and administer the contract documents prepared by design professionals. Projects primarily involve a scope which focuses on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, telecommunications, fire prevention, and security systems. Of equal importance are architectural details, finishes, furniture, fixture, and equipment installation. Specific objectives include determining project delivery methods, creating initial project budgets, developing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), reviewing design and construction documents developed by consultants, and coordinating communication with internal constituencies, consultants, and vendors.
