We are seeking talented DevOps/Release Engineers to join a strong technology team responsible for the implementation and support of high volume, high performance client facing applications. The candidate will provide deployment/release support for applications that are part of cloud based, mobile, and/or on premise environments. Verify successful continuous delivery deployments
Maintain a version control repository
Deploy releases to a client’s production environment
Review continuous delivery validation builds for failures
Move development and configuration work between version control branches
Resolve deployment issues with development and configuration teams
Qualifications:
Interest or experience in software release management
Self managing
Understanding of waterfall, agile, and iterative development methodologies
Strong technical ability
Well organized
Work well in teams
Ability to learn new applications quickly
Flexibility to work outside of business hours as a release schedule requires
Ability to read code a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems/Computer Information Systems or related field OR non-technical Bachelor’s degree with additional technical study or boot camp OR 2+ years technical work experience
