Description

Robert Half is looking for a IT Process Analyst for a company in Cleveland, OH. They will be focused on observing and understanding current business

and automation processes across the organization. This associate will ensure IT standards, processes, and

workflows are appropriately documented and maintained, as well as ensuring they are accessible to the appropriate

parties across the organization. The IT Process Analyst will hold responsibility for the day-to-day technical production

operation system health, partnering directly with third-party vendors while maintaining a focus on internal

customer and stakeholder experience. The IT Process Analyst will have the opportunity to identify and implement

operational improvements with the support of leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, document, and maintain automation processes for 24/7 monitoring and support.

• Manage IT vendor/supplier relationships and internal and external escalation services, and own

relationships as needed.

• Responsible for creation of automation processes to support new software implementation.

• Develops relationships with key stakeholders to achieve organizational goals related to optimization and

scalability with a focus on both internal and external customers.

• Integrates feedback from internal stakeholders, leadership, technology, and third-party vendors, to develop

operational best practices and communicates those best practices to all parties.

• Make recommendations for new solutions, approaches, or solutions to solve business problems before, and

as, they arise.

• Manage change control processes, both internally and with third-party vendors, to support IT operations.

• Review day-to-day organizational system health and operations, developing methodologies for auditing for

accuracy and proper functioning.

• Reviews open tickets with Help Desk and third-party vendors to ensure both timely resolution and

development of preventive risk mitigation plan

Work closely with the Director for Strategic Business Initiatives to ensure plans are consistent with SOM strategic approaches and planning. (20%) Develop automated reports and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, and more tools. Offer data support to executive stakeholders, address escalations, and respond to inquiries. Execute analytical projects through statistical analysis. (10%) Collaborate with various departments and teams across campus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. Evaluate RPA candidates/processes, conduct end-user meetings, and coordinate with developers to design new workflows. Works with the customer to conduct business process modeling, analyze system requirements, and review/produce specifications for any new projects or change requests to existing software.
