RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking qualified Technical Support/Desktop Analysts in the Cleveland, OH area for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity with a rapidly growing company.
Overview:
The client has offices/operations across the U.S. and this position will support offices in the OH area, mainly in the greater Cleveland vicinity. This role can work from home and launch out to the client offices when IT services/support required.
Responsibilities:
Deliver support services (incidents, problems, and technical requests) and installs and configures mobile devices, desktop/laptop machines, applications, and network connectivity
This role performs Systems operations and first-level Systems Administrator tasks
Participate in administration and support of networks, security, telephony, video, wireless and operations
Manage and implement planned changes in pre-scheduled maintenance windows off hours
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via phone, web, and in-person channels
REQUIREMENTS:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is desired
3+ years of relevant experience in supporting personal computers and end-users
Expertise in PC hardware configurations, software installs, networking fundamentals
Active Directory, Windows experience
