Telecom Analyst
-Complete requests for moves, adds, changes, and deletions of phones and voice mailboxes.
Some project planning will be required.
Telecom standardization Project
1. Familiarity with Genband/Ribbon CS2100 phone programming
2. Experience with large moves, adds, changes of IP, digital and analog phones
3. Experience in a large campus environment
4. Experience with CS1000 phone programming
5. Good interpersonal skills
