Unit DescriptionSodexo has an immediate opening at University Hospitals located in Cleveland Ohio. The Vending Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 6 vending drivers servicing the University Hospitals Health Systems vending operations.Qualified candidates should have a background managing retail operations including: Process/Performance Improvement, Cash Handling, Business Plan Development, Driving Sales, Leading a Diverse Team, Asset/Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Point of Sale systems and Food Safety. Ideal candidates will have previous vending experience and technical knowledge of machine functionality/repairs. The vending manager will be required to drive a company owned vehicle and must have a clean driving record.The ideal candidate :The successful candidate will also be involved in the management and training of staff and food quality. Must have strong customer service skills.
