Welding Inspector - 1 month contract

SGS is looking for a Welding Inspector for a one month contract with potential of further extension.Responsible to perform dimensional inspections, visual inspections, and marking verifications on metal parts.The inspector will perform the dimensional inspection himself.  It would be the simple equipment like tape measures, calipers, gauges which will be provided by clientClient will provide test sheets and drawings that have dimensions.  The inspector will verify the part to the drawing, perform measurements, and document their results.  There may be some paperwork.  Some visual inspection, dimensional inspection, paperwork and organizing.                       Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection results, including any issues found.Recording inspection results and any non-conformitiesInvestigating Non-Conformities i.e. identifying causes and assisting in corrective actions.Ability to communicate effectively with welders, engineers, and other personnel.
