Driftwood Catering is searching for the right candidates for Catering Event Cooks and Prep Cooks This position is perfect for a individual who loves to cook a variety styles in many different and beautiful venues! This job is never boring and is fantastic for developing a superior culinary skill set. The candidate should have:
-Good organizational skills as well as solid culinary aptitude.
-The ability to lift over 50 lbs. is crucial
-A clean driving record is a requirement.
-A minimum of 2 years of experience in high volume, bulk cooking capacity
-Must have open availability and reliable, consistent transportation (no bus route close by)
-Ranges of skill are commissary style work, bulk sauce production, skill in cooking a variety of proteins
Experience: Cooking: 2 years
