Job Summary:
Managers will assist in all job functions that contribute to the successful operation of Max & Erma's. Specifically, managers will assist in coordinating and overseeing restaurant operations, including customer service, employee development/relations, food production and administrative requirements.
Job Duties and Requirements:
Specific job duties and requirements will be discussed with interview candidates.
Required Experience:
* A minimum of 2+ years experience as a restaurant manager in a full-service dining environment within the last 5 years
* Must have detailed and diverse food, bar and beverage experience
* Must have working knowledge of restaurant POS system operation (Aloha preferred)
* Must have experience with internet software, spreadsheet and word processing software
* Restaurant financial (i.e., P&L) experience and knowledge is required
