-Fine Dining and/or Scratch Kitchen experience
Please be knowledgeable of common kitchen equipment and sanitation procedures
-Understand basic measurements and conversions.
-Be able to properly read and execute standard recipes.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize cooking items
-Know proper food storage. Safe temperature guidelines.
-Know how to emulsify, proper knife-work, kitchen terms, Etc
-Be able to lift up to 50 lbs or more
-Be on feet all day and work long hours
-Desire to learn and refine techniques
