If you are the type of General Manager, Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager that works like an Owner, and would like to be paid like one, please respond. We are an established, locally owned and growing fast/casual restaurant group. Candidate must have stable employment history with demonstrable success (3 years minimum) in the same position as a restaurant General Manager, Kitchen Manager or AKM.
This General Manager position is hands-on, managing your own fast-casual restaurant and staff of 10-15. For this reason, if you are a Kitchen Manager or Sous-Chef you can manage your own restaurant with a significant jump in pay and responsibility.
You will share in profits by increasing your sales and running good controllable costs. You earn 50% of profit by fixed contract, not a budget that changes every year. Start at $65k, and earn more as you build the business. Our experienced GMs earn significantly more. You will be compensated like an Owner and will be expected to manage like one.
We do not serve alcohol (so mostly days and no late nights) and are closed on the eight major holidays. Come grow with us.
