Do you love pasta, changing menus, learning new things and not having to work past midnight? Scorpacciata Pasta Co. is hiring line cooks for our Shaker Heights location (Full time and Part time). Only one weekend shift is mandatory, we close at 9pm and get out no later than 10pm. Duties include, but not limited to; cooking pasta dishes to order, cleaning and organizing coolers and cooking equipment, upholding rules of FIFO, working well with others, able to work professionally and quickly (we are an open kitchen). We are a growing business and promote from within when available. Salary available after 6 months, especially with prior experience. We offer 150signing bonus if you are serve safe certified and/or have at least 1 year experience.
