Small bar seeking experienced line cook for Saturday and Sunday afternoon shift. Saturday would carry over into the evening shift and work with our night cook though dinner rush and then cut first. Sunday shift is 12-5pm.
This is a laid back atmosphere and candidate/candidates MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY and at a fast pace in times of high volume.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and stocking stations with necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with management
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Wash dishes
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Must be reliable and have reliable transportation
