Linecook and Prep:
- Prep and Cooking experience of at least 1 year in high volume from scratch kitchen
- Maintain a clean workstation
- Great with knives
- Presents a professional appearance by wearing approved uniform and name tag.
- Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment.
- Efficiently utilizes time in completing tasks
- Proficient with professional cooking equipment. ( Grills, Deep fryer, broilers, ETC.)
- Rotates prep and inventory using proper "First in First out" method
- Understands proper labeling and dating of product
- Communicates inventory and prep needs to management
- Demonstrate commitment to continued training & development and have desire to grow within company
- Consistently maintain a good attendance record.
- Performing opening, closing and side duties as required.
- Servsafe Certification (Preferred)
