Lucky's Cafe is one of Cleveland's iconic restaurant's that is celebrated locally and has been featured on the Food Network multiple times and we are preparing to be featured again within the next month. We are known for our commitment to making everything from scratch using as much farm-fresh products as we can. We have our own urban "farm" which is a constant source of product and inspiration. Our kitchen is open from 9 am-2 pm 7 days a week.
It is now our busy patio season and we are looking to add to our talented kitchen staff.
Candidates should have the following qualities:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience and a proven track record in a high volume kitchen
- Professional attitude
- Punctual
- Able to prepare food as directed by kitchen manager with precision, in a timely manner
- Works clean, safe and organized
- Great knife skills and experience in a “from scratch” kitchen
- Positive attitude and great work ethic
- Weekend availability a must
