Private Cleveland Club is now hiring a PM line cook for the upcoming season.
Responsibilities
Setting up and Stocking Stations
Food Prep
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Requirements
3 years experience as a cook
Proper knowledge of Cooking Temps
Superb Communication Skills
Adaptability
Eagerness to Learn
Flexible Schedule - Sometimes will be asked to come in earlier then scheduled.
Proper Hygiene
Must be able to work 35+ hours per week
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Serve Safe a plus
Culinary School or Degree a plus
Must provide resume
