We are seeking a full-time Manager at Acqua di Luca.
The ideal candidate will have management experience in fine dining and knowledge of Italian Cuisine and wine. You will be required to interview/hire/discipline and train employees. You will also help with weekly inventories and orders. Familiarity with Aloha a plus.
-Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
-Must have attention to detail and organization skills.
-Must be reliable and punctual.
