The H.O.P.E. Network (THN) is dedicated in providing assistance to individuals with Developmental and Mental Disabilities. Since 2010, we have established partnerships with agencies statewide to ensure that each resident receives first class care and services. The overall goal of our programs is to create a supportive atmosphere. Our services include Homemaker/Personal Care, Remote Support, Shared and Supported Living, Community and Respite Care. We currently have 6 licensed Residential Facilities through OHMAS on both East and West side. We attempt to meet each person's mental, physical and social needs by actively seeking out individuals strengths, interests or talents and building on them.
THN provides remote home care services to clients with developmental disabilities and mental health problems whom reside Cuyahoga and adjacent counties. We are actively seeking dedicated, compassionate and competent professionals to join our team as HOME HEALTH AIDE. This team member should enjoy working on a one-to-one basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
HHA or CNA or STNA
