We are an ice cream novelty distributor that operates throughout NE Ohio. We are seeking one person to drive our 16' box truck throughout the area to deliver our ice cream products to our customers. We are a small company so you would also spend time helping out in other areas such as working in the freezer picking orders, shrink wrapping them and getting them loaded on the truck. Forklift skills are helpful but not required and a cell phone with the ability to navigate to the customers is required.
Job duties:
- driving our 16' box truck or sprinter van to our customer locations to deliver ice cream
- working in the freezer to build orders
- loading orders onto the truck
- collecting payment from and interacting with our customers
- other duties as assigned or of interest to you!
Job Qualifications:
- must have a good driving record
- forklift, warehouse, box truck experience a plus but not required
- must have a phone with navigation capabilities
- must have a neat appearance as you will interact with our customers daily
- must have reliable transportation and be able to show up for work as early as 7:00 AM as well as Saturdays
- must be willing to work in a freezer for up to 90 minutes at a time
- must be safety conscious
All candidates have to be able to pass a drug screen and background check. We are a small company so showing up every day and on time is extremely important to your success and future pay raises. Overtime is available as well.
