Hardworking, reliable person wanted for cleaning and maintenance of small office building and a dozen rental houses on near Eastside. Must be able to follow instructions, pay attention to details and work independently. No experience necessary.
Cleaning work involves emptying trash, cleaning doors and windows, sweeping and mopping, cleaning toilets and urinals.
Maintenance work involves mowing grass, trimming weeds, picking trash, shoveling snow, painting, moving furniture, changing light bulbs and simple repair work.
Prepping rental units involves cleaning showers, tubs, refrigerators, stoves, fans, cabinets.
Requirements:
Must be able to walk, stand, kneel.
Must be able to climb a 12' ladder,
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to operate gas powered equipment.
Must be able to work safely and follow safety protocols.
Must be high school graduate or GED.
Work Hours:
Wed through Fri: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sat and Sun: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Biweekly pay
Annual bonus and pay raises
