Pristine Sisters Custom Cleaning is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. Experience is great but not required — we’ll train you in our proven system.
What You’ll Do:
Clean residential and small office spaces with pride and attention to detail
Follow detailed checklists to deliver consistent, high-quality results
Work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
Average $16–$22/hr once trained
Paid drive time and supply pickup time
Bonuses for 5-star reviews and quality performance
Commissions for upsells and client referrals
Paid training program (5 days) with advancement opportunities after 30 days
Drive stipends for those who use their own vehicle
Monday–Friday daytime hours — no nights or weekends
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Able to lift 20 lbs. and be on your feet throughout the day
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be authorized to work in the United States
