Day Shift: 5AM-5PM; Rotating 3-on / 3-off schedule
Night Shift: 5PM-5AM; Rotating 3-on / 3-off schedule

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for part production, visual inspection, and packaging of quality products
Ability to operate machines and finished products off of conveyers
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and effective work environment
Regular attendance and punctuality
Able to read and interpret written information
Follow policies and procedures
Must be able to life 35 lbs
Manual hand dexterity
Ability to stand for 10 hours, lifting, turning, twisting, reaching, pulling, and pushing
Experience in a Manufacturing Environment is a plus, but not required
Associate Requirements
Able to Lift 40 pounds
Stand for Shift Duration
Background Check
Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $16.00 - $16.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
