Cleveland Builder looking for a social media planner
Oversee all aspects of Platinum Construction’s social media program, execution and planning across channels including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter
Identify & partner with local city and municipals websites to create content and support community outreach
Facilitate seamless consumer inquiry workflows to respond to questions and comment within 24-48 hrs. across channels and sites.
Manage creative requests and asset delivery for social media and digital channels
Works with management to create, copy-edit, and post social media content for Platinum’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat
Monitors Platinum’s social media sites and interact with consumers, pros, city municipalities, etc. with an “always on” approach.
Generates custom social media analytics reports using social media platforms native insights and analytics tools
Track content against KPIs, identifying trends and best practices
Maintains daily/weekly social media calendar and posting schedule to maximize impact of posts
Performs other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned
