Womens Reentry Ministry is looking for an experienced live-in house manager for our transitional home, Dinami House, located in the Slavic Village neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio. Dinami House is a two-family home for women in reentry where up to 5 women reside.
House Managers help create a safe, supportive and caring home environment in which the residents continue their personal journey of recovery and reentry. The House Manager resides in a single bedroom with full access to kitchen, laundry, internet and off street parking. Manager receives free rent (includes internet and utilities) in exchange for this role.
Requirements:
Must be firmly rooted in faith
5 Years sobriety (Preferably more)
Must have transportation and valid drivers license.
Ability to be on site evenings and weekends, but may work part-time
Experienced in the principles drug & alcohol recovery, as well as some knowledge of social services in the community.
Job responsibilities:
Oversight and support in following all house policies and procedures
Assists new resident move-in and out procedures
Orient new residents to house rules
Administer necessary drug screenings when required
Completes and forwards Incident Reports and any other safety/risk concerns to the Director
Provides a safe, therapeutic environment for residents.
Provides a weekly report to management
Experience:
Maintains current CPR certification (Preferred)
Narcan trained
Recovery knowledge through lived experience, education or employment
