Paran Management is seeking a service driven leasing agent!
Duties:
Market Vacant Units
Generate Leasing Traffic
Ensure the property and Units are Show-Ready
Conduct Tours of Ready Units
Close the Sale and Process Applicants
Coordinate Move Ins
Drive Occupancy
Minor janitorial work will be required in all elements
Qualified Applicants should have basic computer skills, be able to work independently and with a sense of urgency. Fair Housing knowledge a must. Favorable references required.
Hours Available should be Tuesday - Friday 2-6, and 10-2 on Saturdays.
