A janitorial company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate a consistent stream of qualified new customer appointments
Make outbound sales calls to continually refine sales lead list
Set and confirm appointments for outside sales representatives
Help structure and implement promotional sales material
Assist with identifying key opportunities to grow and develop a primary sales target list
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Must have 1 to 2 years of outbound sales call experience
Experience with Cold Calling and high volume calls is needed
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, along with accurate data entry and typing skills
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
Must have a pleasant and professional phone voice
Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues
