Blue Moon Screenprinting, inc. is an award winning contract/wholesale Screen Printing company located in Eastlake, Ohio. With production capacity of 10,000 garments per shift, we are also one of the largest garment decorators in the area. Our customers are Promotional Products distributors, businesses with Clothing Lines and sports related companies (including MLB, NBA etc). They place orders on daily or weekly bases.
We have weathered the COVID crisis well and with some pivoting and new products/services are back on the growth path. Currently we do not have a sales person as everything has been word of mouth, some social media and few trade shows per year. Most of our sales are local, so there is also an opportunity to expand to regional and nationwide sales.
Description of role:
We are looking for help growing our sales (DUH, isn't that obvious!?!?). This would be an opportunity to get in on a ground floor with a company that has a reputation for being one of the best in the business. There is already a long list of leads that would help get things going and some new products and services that can be offered to the current customers.
Person coming in would be responsible for building the sales department. It would entail all aspects of sales, from generating leads (trade shows, digital marketing etc) to implementing a CRM system, maintaining the relationships, increasing the current customer's sales and closing the new customers.
Skills and requirements:
-ability to build sales and sales systems.
-laid back personality. This is a must. Everybody gets along now and the quality of life is very important. If you like drama, please go cause trouble some place else. . .
-knowledge of Screen Printing or Promotional Products is required.
-out of the box thinking and artistic ability could be very helpful
Work schedule:
This is a full time position working out of our production facility. Some travel will be required (trade shows mostly). Work from home will be available later.
