CCCS Virtual Solutions looking for friendly and professional individuals to join our team in our Cleveland Hts. Ohio Inbound Call Center. CCCS Virtual Solutions contract with prestigious Fortune 500 clients through a virtual platform. If you are motivated to train and work in a fast-pace, inbound call-center environment and enjoy interacting with customers this is for you. Background and Drug Test Required.

Call Center Agents are responsible for: Inbound Sales and Customer Service.

• Assisting customers with product questions

• Placing new orders

• Handling existing orders: returns/ replacements

• Provide store specific support

• Contacting vendors for shipping information

Paid Training Requirements:

Phase I

• 2-4 hours Instructor led/ 2-4 hours per day self-paced

• Pass all exams with an 80% or higher

• Complete a daily homework (anyone not completing homework daily will be terminated)

Phase II

• 9 days of calls in 4-hour blocks

• Learners will be briefed at the beginning of the hour, then take calls for remaining time.

• One call a day is reviewed

• Calls will be during regular class times

• The top 5 scored calls will be averaged for a passing score.
