We have 2 positions available for Building Maintenance Tech's.
Grounds & Building maintenance including general repairs and Building alterations.
You MUST have a valid Driver's License, be reliable, and have good work habits.
The job includes preventative maintenance, service work, repairs to existing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. House Keeping for industrial and commercial buildings will also part of one of the positions.
We also do general construction type work including carpentry, painting and tenant build outs.
Hourly wages will be based on your skill set and experience. There are 2 positions, one starting at 7:00 to 3:30 and the second at 9:30 to 6:00. Benefits include 6 paid Holidays and Paid Vacation.
