Seeking an insurance restoration estimator for west side restoration construction firm.
You will be responsible for scoping and writing estimates, NOT locating your own leads, running the job or collecting money. High customer contact via phone and in person. Computer knowledge a must.
After a probationary period, you will receive a company cell phone, truck, health insurance, vacation, gas reimbursement and consistent employment.
You will be working with Xactimate Estimating software.
NOTE: If you do not have a working knowledge of Xactimate you will need to have at least 6 years hands on experience with all phases of residential construction with a large portion of that in estimating. You will be learning Xactimate and that will require you to have computer experience.
Starting salary will range between $40-$50K depending on Xactimate knowledge. With a review after the probationary period and each year following.
