Day in the Life:
Marketing and selling your business:
Building and growing sales revenue in your territory, by finding and selling to new clients as well as cross selling and upselling to our existing customers, will be vital to your skill set and success. One critical aspect of this position is your ability to discuss our capabilities and services with your current customers and future prospects.ÂDeveloping relationships with key people (at all levels) within these businesses will be critical to our growth goals both now and going into the future.ÂYou will need to be able to discuss all aspects of our capabilities and develop new opportunities within existing customers. Additionally, you will need to be able to develop new prospective customers resulting from those contacts you will make in your daily sales activities.
Service your customers:
Service customers by providingÂjob-site recovery services. Site locations varyÂfrom the belly of an aircraft carrier to the penthouse of the highest building in town - you'llÂwork wherever refrigerant is found.ÂRecover the smallest drinking fountain to the largest ice builder; you'll constantly see, learnÂand workÂon a huge variety of equipment.
Visit current customers and provide them excellent customer service through attentive, high quality regular interactions. Empty their recovery cylinders, provide them additional refrigerant and help them with upcoming projects.
Build your territory:
Visit current customers and provide them excellent customer service through attentive, high quality regular interactions. Empty their recovery cylinders, provide them additional refrigerant and help them with upcoming projects. Help us expand byÂsharing recent recovery project success storiesÂwith prospects nearby. As your experiences grow, you'll useÂyour own personal stories of helping others in their industry. Our Marketing then automatically supports you.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED required
Natural mechanical ability
Good communication skills
Basic computer and internetÂskills
Clean driving record (minimum age requirement for driving is 25 years old)
Drug free
Flexible working hours with overtime opportunities
Desired But Not Required:
HVAC/R Background
Universal 608 Certification
Physical Job Requirements:
This position entails very heavy work which requires exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 75 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force constantly to move/lift objects.ÂAll candidates must be able to perform the physical lifting requirements noted, as well as be able to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, walk, push, pull and lift.Â
