Looking for top-notch, sub-contractor(s) for kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, basement build outs, and more. For over 20 years I have employed my tradesmen, four of them for over 15 years. Now I am looking to build long-term relationships with professional trade partners.
As someone that has been in this industry for over 40+ years, I know what concerns you, getting paid. I have always, paid my employees, trade partners, and vendors on time, no exceptions! My company's credit standing is outstanding with everyone mentioned above.
Our projects are typically within a 15-20 radius of Mentor although we receive requests from homeowners living outside the the 15-20 miles. Cities such as Rocky River, Avon Lake, Lakewood, Strongsville, etc. I have told the homeowner that its too far to travel. If you live west & southwest of Cleveland I would like to speak to you about expanding our territory out that way.
Our backlog of work, which has been constant for years, requires additional help. Let’s talk and see if we are a good match for years to come. Be prepared to send me at least (5) references, a few from your vendors and a few from homeowners. You must carry liability insurance and workman's comp both of which I will need copies emailed to me if we decide to team up.
