Local company looking for specific well-rounded semi-skilled to skilled employees.
Located in Lorain Oh. Responsible company, paying all required taxes, unemployment and workers comp.
Our work ranges from general maintenance on homes to building and remodeling.
Current work load scheduled: Roofs, Framing, Siding, Gutters, Painting, Drywall, Several remodels, Plumbing Repairs, new bathrooms and kitchens and more.
We work with many real estate companies and get rental locations "rent ready".
We work for many owners and handle "point of sale" repairs.
Our first to be hired must be versed in property maintenance. Each employee is given a work order with a punch list of repairs for multiple locations everyday. You must be able to handle minor repairs, such as storm door repairs, drywall patches, faucet replacements, waste line repairs, toilet repairs, electrical repairs, etc. Prior maintenance experience is a must! Must have repair solving skills- but no " hacks." All items are repaired to meet our high expectations.

Maintenance Division: Electrical and Plumbing knowledge is a must.
Construction/ Remodeling Division: Drywall and painting knowledge is a must.
Area of work: Lorain and Cuyahoga Counties.
Must have Valid Driver's License, and RELIABLE transportation. Drug Test Required.

Summer Help: We are also looking for energetic persons that are willing to learn the construction trade. Applicant coming from trade school or previous job knowledge is a plus.
