Overview:
Do you work in collections, but are looking to make a change? Maybe you have experience, but there are no opportunities to collect in your area? Does your job have benefits or perks that you like, but you simply arent making enough money? Are you tired of trying to collect on accounts that are out-of-stat? If any or all the above apply to you, Pro Debt Collector Staffing is looking for experienced debt collectors to work from the comfort of their own homes. This is an opportunity to make hundreds to thousands of extra dollars every month depending on how much you put in to it. There is also a cash bonus of $250 for collecting $20,000 in your first 90 days, as well as a referral bonus for bringing us other experienced collectors.
What you can expect from us:
As many 2017 and 2018 charged off accounts that you can reasonably manage.
Support Staff for coaching, training, second voices, handle your correspondence, etc.
A desk of accounts and/or a dialer at your disposable.
We will accommodate any schedule, we are open 8:00am-11:00pm Eastern daily.
Our expectations for you:
We are looking for people willing to put in at least 10-15 hours a week, no maximum.
Work and collect accounts in a professional matter.
Negotiate payment arrangements/settlements with customers.
FDCPA adherence
Skills/Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous collections experience
Strong communications skills, active listening, professional phone voice
Strong negotiation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Comfortable using computers and phones
