Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
-Customer Service Representative experience
-Computer literate
-Good on the phones
-Talk to case managers and customers on the phone
-Nice, pleasant personality
-Ability to deal with difficult customers, know when to escalate to supervisor
-Good with Outlook
-Good with Excel
-Sharp administrative person, medical environment would be perfect but not needed
