Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to work for us as a direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee, and the selected candidate will work on an engagement for our client. You will:
Be responsible for providing timely high quality customer service to our client’s underwriters and agents
Review, rate, and enter commercial lines transactions.
Work with internal or external customers who have requests of varying degrees of complexity.
