Third-Party Administrator of Motor Vehicle Service Contracts located in Dublin, OH has an opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative. The right individual must be personable, organized and have the ability to multi-task. The position will require you to be on the phone frequently, handling requests and issues with respect to the Vehicle Service Contracts and coverage of same.
A minimum of two years of customer service experience in the automotive industry or similar office environment is required. Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, possess strong communication skills both written and verbal, bilingual is a plus.
The position hours will be 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, during the two-week training period hours will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
