Job Description:
Collections Reps in the "Cell Phone" department. Due to certain government regulations companies can not dial cell phones on an automatic dialer. Due to this regulation, this department will dial accounts that are between 30-210+ days delinquent. The name and number will still auto-populate on the screen but they actually have to press something to dial.
If the customer answers the contractor will verify it is the correct person and then ask if they are allowed to call that number on an automatic dialer (everything is scripted). Then based on days delinquent or the situation the agent will transfer the call to a corresponding department. There are multiple (5+) departments that they will transfer calls to, so paying attention and the ability to read a calendar is imperative.
