Manufacturer's Rep Agency located in Reynoldsburg, OH seeks Customer Service/Technical Service for a Full Time position. Work week Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.
Duties include:
Answering Phones and Emails, Telephone Customer Service and Technical Service / Quotations / Data Entry / Filing / Shipping
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, friendly, hard worker, quick thinker, problem solver, be organized, have a positive attitude, be able to keep up with fast pace, possess great communication skills, both spoken and written. Candidate must also have keen attention to detail and dress and act professional. Computer skills required with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word preferred. Experience in technical service, customer service and/or field service a plus.
