The Customer Service (CSR) position is also a great foundation for advancement within the company. You'll be working with a visible and accessible management team, and have the opportunity to make a real difference.
The ideal candidate has strong Verbal communication skills, great listening skills and a helpful supportive approach Via Verbally. Previous customer service experience is very helpful. The pay rate starts at a Weekly Base Salary and promotions available. We currently have full time positions open.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to inquiries from customers
Process Applications accurately and effectively
Research and respond to questions
Maintain positive and supportive approach when responding to customer questions/problems
Ability to provide high level of customer service
Prior customer service related experience helpful
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good communication and listening skills
Prompt and reliable
Office located Downtown Columbus OH. Accessible to main subway transportation and buses.
Pay: Weekly Salary
Working Hours: Mid afternoon Business Hours Monday - Friday and Saturday 10-5 PM
