We are a successful business that has been around for 10+ years, is hiring elite Customer Service Representatives at our Facility in beautiful Columbus, OH! Position: Customer Service Representative
Status: Full-Time, 40 plus hours per week
Schedule: M-F 8:00-5pm Sat 10-5pm
Pay: Weekly Salary (pay raises are offered after a promotion!)
Customer Service Representatives are the face of our business. As our customers are our first primary contact, our Service team provides everything our customers need from processing applications, updating there accounts and going over services we provide. Also general itinerary planning. Our Customer Service Representatives provide an elite level of service that keeps our business a boom!
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older.
- At least 1-2 years of solid face-to-face Customer Service experience.
- Aviation Customer Service or Hospitality (Hotel, Restaurant) preferred but not required.
- Must be able to have FULL TIME availability
- Must have acute verbal and written communication skills
