Successful Client Services Firm is looking for a motivated candidate with strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others. Previous customer service experience preferred. We have a office opening in the big city of Columbus.
Job Description:
Employment Status: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week Afternoon Mid-Day Hours & Saturday Mornings M-F 10am-5pm
Department: Customer Service
Pay: Weekly Salary + Bonuses
Report to: HR Department
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate well with customers, team members, and staff
Ability to effectively problem solve with customers and team members and staff
Ability to manage time and responsibilities
Ability to fill orders effectively and accurately
Ability to be flexible & manage several tasks at once
Good verbal skills
Exceptional attention to details
Previous customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Customer Fulfillment & Customer Service
In person Primary contact, processing applications
Effectively answer customers questions
Understand customer needs
Communicate product knowledge
Brainstorm with customers and team members
Flexibility in performing other tasks
Maintain account information
Respond to general customer inquiries
Office Downtown Columbus
