Job Responsibilities:Team player with good technical, Revit, CAD and presentation skills. Has general knowledge and understanding of project development process. Produces contract and presentation documents and assists/reports/works under the supervision of Designer III/Architect/Captain/Manager, receiving specific and detailed instructions as needed. Performs elementary architectural assignments, prepares architectural plans/renderings and may inspect architectural features of structures in the field.Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Masters a plus
Recent graduate to 3 years experience in commercial (retail/mixed-use) or multi-family housing projects
Strong and versatile design skills
Proficient in current version of Revit required, experience in AutoCAD, 3D Studio or Form-Z, Photoshop, PowerPoint,
MS Word and MS Excel highly desirable
