DescriptionRobert Half is seeking out candidates with outstanding billing skills for a Customer Service Representative position with one of its Fortune 500 healthcare clients, located in Columbus, OH.The Customer Service Representative will: Performs daily customer service operations within the hospital payment operations location (posting payments, following up on complaints etc.) Process data and information using automated systems. Document and process customer correspondence. Identify and research any inaccuracies in the payment process and ensure payment is applied properly to customer accounts. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.RequirementsIn addition to the above-stated duties, the Customer Service Representative must hold the following skills: High School diploma or Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related field.
