Responsible for managing an assigned book of EAP business (groups 150-500). Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Executes implementation, retention, and renewal activities within a defined market as developed by management.

Provides account management services for assigned accounts including, but not limited to: management consultations, employee orientations, supervisory training, critical incident stress debriefing response, and renewal functions.

Prepares and analyzes utilization reporting data.

Implements accounts utilizing provided protocols and may provide pricing information for prospects, new and existing accounts.

Qualifications

Requires a MS in behavioral health field; 3 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Knowledge of current business trends, employee assistance programs, behavioral health, insurance and human resources issues required.

Must have significant data work process skills and demonstrate high degree of organization and efficiency.

Preferred

Experience managing large books of business and/or possess experience in program management preferably for behavioral health organizations/business units.

Strong Excel and power point skills highly preferred.
