eCommerce Project ManagerTOP Consulting is looking for a senior level Project Manager to become a full-time member of TOP Consulting’s Program/Project management practice. We are currently engaged with a client seeking an eCommerce Project Manager with Omni-Channel-Fulfillment. Qualified candidates must have a proven history of successfully leading large scale eCommerce projects. Individual will be responsible for coordinating eCommerce projects through lifecycle of original work request, defining functional requirements, estimation, approvals, execution and project monitoring Position will manage teams of employees and contractors on projects and be responsible for all project deliverables, budget, and schedule. Position involves broad interaction with different functional areas and information technology. This position will be responsible for the use of best practices in project management methodologies.
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for overseeing and coordinating the entire life cycle of assigned projects (requirements gathering and analysis, budgeting and planning, design, development, testing, and implementation)
  • Demonstrated experience in managing eCommerce programs or complex projects involving multiple projects and oversight of multiple resources
  • Responsible for working with Sales and Marketing teams to identify, develop and implement strategies to increase revenues with eCommerce Customers
  • Experience with development and reporting of project status, issues and project financial analysis
  • Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards, resolve performance issues, keep team engaged and on task
  • Manage project teams to deliver highly visible strategic solutions for our clients
  • Manage all aspects of project lifecycle delivery from initiation through close-out and transition
  • Actively lead and participate in RFP and proposal activities
  • Build key relationships with client managers and executives
  • Drive strategic decisions and discussions around project priorities
  • Ability to dive in and gather requirements, develop test scripts and lead testing if required
  • Mitigate risk, proactively work project issues
  • Excellent organization, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Provide status updates to as warranted, once per week minimum
  • Present project status updates to IT Executive Steering Committee as requested
  • Dedicated to exemplary customer service

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years e-commerce experience with at least one year in the area of online marketing for a consumer goods or a retail company
  • Minimum five years' experience in Project Management
  • Minimum 3 year Managing Global eCommerce Projects (IBM WebSphere Commerce experience desirable) with at least one year in the area of online marketing for a consumer goods or a retail company
  • Experience managing Mobile Application Projects (both Apple & Andriod)
  • Experience Point of Sale Projects (i.e., Brick & Mortar Stores)
  • Experience managing Supply Chain Projects (including Inventory Management, Distribution, & Fulfillment)
  • Experience managing Projects across Multiple Brands
  • Experience managing Project involving Multiple 3rd Party Vendors
