Job DescriptionWe are seeking an organized and outgoing Event Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, managing client inquiries, and coordinating event proposals. You’ll work closely with our design and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery from initial concept through on-site execution.ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via email and phoneQualify leads and schedule discovery meetings or site visitsPrepare customized event proposals, contracts, and pricing estimatesMaintain and update CRM with lead, opportunity, and client informationCollaborate with design and production teams to develop event concepts and budgetsTrack proposal deadlines and follow up to secure signed agreementsAssist with post-event billing and client feedback collection
