We are engaged with the client as a Partner, helping them with their digital transformation. There are several projects being kicked off as a part of this effort. Solution Architect will work with Enterprise Arch, and help with execution of projects with the help of Team Leads and Devs, from India.
Solution Architect Role:
Leads in the overall design of cross-functional, multi-platform, and Web-based application systems; oversees all application system processes.
Develops application architecture and blueprints aimed at reflecting enterprise business logic.
Defines application components, platforms, interfaces, and development tools. Directs mapping activities on specific technology platforms.
Provides technical guidance to application development teams. Consults on integration and conversion activities.
Conducts reviews, and analyses organizational needs and goals to develop and implement applications.
Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, application technical analysts and vendors.
This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in communicating effectively with a technically diverse user base.
Plan and document the strategy, design and implementation of solutions.
Design System integrations to automate and optimize data flow.
Perform Data Modeling of systems to suit the needs of the application/reporting as may be the case.
Skills And Experience
Strong skill sets in Software or System Architecture design
Java – REST APIs, Core Java, Databases (Relational and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, AWS/ cloud concepts, Micro services, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, MVC, Entity Framework, Java
Experience with back-end development and relational databases (Oracle, Sql Server, etc.)
Experience with software development in one or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript/Typescript (Node/Angular)
Understanding of tiered architectures, Service Orientation and Microservices
Hands on experience on deploying & building application using Azure services
Hands-on experience in designing, configuring and managing cloud services in Azure.
Working knowledge of Cloud automation and provisioning tools.
Experience with creating and integrating well documented web services (SOAP or REST).
Experience and understanding of Agile and Scrum process and concepts
Ability to estimate software development effort given a set of requirements and assumptions
Ability to work with Project Managers to technical implementation plans
Ability to develop secure solutions and knowledge of industry best practices regarding information security
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Azure certification would be a big plus
Bachelor’s degree is needed
