The Plant Maintenance Lead will be accountable for utilizing leading practices to develop, build, test and deploy the ERP solution of the future for the company. The Plant Maintenance Lead will work with an ERP system integration partner team (which will consist of their Plant Maintenance process experts) to fully define and standardize the business processes for the company. The collective teams will define all functional requirements for Plant Maintenance, and build a fully integrated, end-to-end business solution, for all existing plants (i.e. both dressing and dough-based plants) as well as future plants that may be acquired or constructed by the company. The Plant Maintenance Lead will work closely with company Subject Matter Experts to execute Plant Maintenance within the ERP project.

Develop and define the functional requirements for Plant Maintenance including ALL integration with:

Finite Scheduling ,

Production financial control (integrating closely with the finance work stream)

Execution of process orders

Manufacturing, warehousing and off-site storage

Plant management, including locations, and BOM’s

Production costing

Master data

Plant Maintenance related systems (e.g. MRO and other systems

.

Collaborate with the ERP System Integrator and all other team members on the ERP project.

Effectively communicate issues, decisions reached, and/or the status of the project with various counterparts on the project team and within the business.

Schedule and ensure business process analysis and fit sessions are adequately documented, and recommend solutions which are easily configurable within the ERP system.

Define process gaps and manage the resulting business issues that will impact solution delivery.

Ensure optimal utilization of technology solutions, with proper consideration given to “cost vs. benefits.”

Highlight and seek advanced approval for significant decisions that materially change the process from today and/or will result in significant system configuration or any customization.

Approve and maintain the business process hierarchy, which will clearly define the inputs and outputs from legacy systems to ERP.

Manage system unit testing, integration testing, and end user training.

Plan, monitor and control the quality aspects of configuration and development progress versus plan.

Own/facilitate master data sourcing, enrichment and conversions utilizing the tools executed by the data team.

Conduct formal reviews at the completion of each stage with their functional leadership team.

Ensure all processes are fit for purpose and comply with legal and statutory requirements, and that processes fully comply with company standards.

Create, build and support the deployment roadmap, including cut over go live plans and execution, and interim state processes.

Interact with Internal Audit to create business roles that conform with segregation of duty (SOD) requirements.

Develop training materials for end user training for the Quality Management cycle.

Facilitate change management for the Quality Management cycle.

Maintain close collaboration and relationships with integration partner peer team leads and business leadership.

Embrace and comply with solution governance and methodology.

Functional expertise and strong understanding of current Logistics Execution functional work flows

Process design and change experience

ERP implementation experience a plus, but not a requirement

Skills/Abilities:

Strong analytical and interpersonal/communication skills required.

Demonstrated expertise in modeling and documenting business processes (i.e. As-Is, To-Be).

Ability to understand process flows.

Ability to take complex situations and simplify to deliver efficient and optimal business outcomes

Ability to look at alternatives and assess cost/benefit relationships

Ability to be open to change; strong listening skills

Ability to take a long-term perspective, yet understand the “devil in the details”
